Introduction

Please note that even if you have private medical insurance, it will not cover the service, fees, expenses of Pro Physiology. You will be required to pay the full cost of your treatment on premises at the time of each appointment. Payment can be in cash or by card. An invoice can be provided on request.

A range of pre-paid packs are available for some services, please contact Pro Physiology for further details, all prepaid treatments are valid for a period of `6 months from the date of purchase.

Referrals

Occasionally we may refer you to a third party for further treatment or imaging. We will send a referral letter to that third party and you will be responsible for arranging your appointment with them. You will be bound by the terms and conditions of that third party and we undertake no liability with respect of that third party.

We make every effort to ensure that we communicate effectively, but please make sure you ask us if you are uncertain of anything or would like any further information. You must make us aware of any factors that could affect your treatment or our diagnosis. A copy of correspondence will be sent to your GP unless you state otherwise.
